Raw Vegan Cheese Dip

A super simple and tasty dairy-free ‘cheese’ dip.
Place all in a high speed blender…
1 Cup Pine Nuts
1 Cup Cashews
3 Cloves Garlic
2 Mini Sweet Red Bell Peppers (or equivalent large one)
2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
1/2 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 Cup Nutritional Yeast
Blend on high, serve with fresh crunchy vegetables, and enjoy!
