Enjoy some tasty, tangy, healthy, creamy, raw goodness with a ton of antioxidants
in this delicious soup. If
you want to warm it up too that’s obviously completely fine.

Ingredients:

3 tomatoes
1 stalk celery
1 carrot
2 cloves garlic
1 orange, juiced
1 lime, juiced
1/2 C cashews , pre-soaked
1 small handful sunflower seeds , pre-soaked
2 dates , pre-soaked
1/2 yellow sweet bell pepper
Cumin, to taste
Cilantro, to taste
Pinch cayenne pepper
Pinch pink Himilayan salt
Water, as needed

Soak cashews for at least 30 minutes.
Soak sunflower seeds for at least 30 minutes.
Soak dates for at least 15 minutes.

Then…

Put all the ingredients into a high speed blender.  Blend until smooth.  Add water, if needed.
