More on that and self-forgiveness just below.

This Monday, August 7, there is a Full Moon partial eclipse. If you wish to join our monthly full moon Global Love Meditation details are at the meditation page along with countdown clock where you can also register for updates/monthly reminder:  www.globalloveproject.com/meditation

Grievances, regret, remorse, guilt, shame or judgements you hold against yourself might not always be obvious or conscious and can be tucked away, be for things forgotten in childhood, for aspects, traits or deeds denied or repressed, things done, thought or felt towards others OR yourself, things you’ve experienced or ‘allowed’, and so on.

We’ll be bringing love and forgiveness to hidden parts and darker aspects and shadows with the “Mirror of Self-Forgiveness” guided meditation journey.

In life you’ll make mistakes, you may mess up, get hurt, hurt others, hurt yourself, allow shiz to happen, make ‘bad choices’, sabotage, trip, fall, fail, get caught in ego traps, abide by limiting beliefs and stories, you name it.

Self-forgiveness doesn’t pre-presume self-blame. Wanting to forgive yourself, or another, isn’t about blame, nor judgement, nor being bad or wrong. It is about responsibility, is a gift you give yourself, and an opportunity for healing and letting go of grievances and constricting emotions you may be carrying, consciously or otherwise.

In this guided meditation journey you don’t need to know exactly what you want to forgive yourself for to experience self-forgiveness as the process unfolds within the meditation, which engages your subconscious and higher conscious.

Self-forgiveness can be a great first step before any other kind of forgiveness too. If you’re wanting to forgive another, forgiving yourself first (for attracting/allowing/creating whatever experience/its impact, at whatever level, for shadows, and so on) can be very transforming. You may find your need to forgive another diminishes or is no longer there after even.

Self-forgiveness returns you to truth and love, releases the past, brings healing, freedom, peace, joy, and re-birth, and creates the space for more of all that’s in your highest.

One way to help yourself love yourself is to forgive yourself. Forgive yourself.
