Gratitude is the sweet fragrance of an opening heart.
Happy Thanksgiving to those in the US. Wherever you, may gratitude bless your day.
Gratitude is an expander, generator, attractor, uplifter and transformer, and naturally opens you to giving and receiving. It is something to feel grateful for in itself.
I share a less usual exploration of gratitude for transforming ‘problems’ at this page:
It’s an exercise that engages gratitude for more challenging situations and life experiences and may uncover hidden gifts.
It isn’t about pretending to feel OK about something you don’t, denying your feelings or coating something over. It can elicit genuine gratitude in a way that may surprise and support you, however. You’ll know if that gratitude is real by how you feel. (This exercise may not be relevant for all situations so obviously go with your feelings on that too).
The Grace of Gratitude
Gratitude is an ever-expanding magic;
the more you feel it, the more reasons you have to feel it.
When you feel grateful you attract more of what you feel grateful, and more of anything in general; it is a generating energy that expands on anything you direct it towards, calling forth more of what you love and appreciate.
In appreciating and feeling grateful for something or someone you allow it in and receive it more fully, as well as give to it from your heart. It creates a beautiful exchange of giving and receiving.
Plus, whenever you feel grateful, you get to experience the qualities you feel grateful for all over again!
You can feel grateful not only for your past and present, but to the future you are creating and blessings on their way.
Some of the things you are most grateful for can be the very things you most take for granted and are right under your nose.
There are also those things more vast and less seen to feel grateful for; love itself, the wonder and beauty of life, our amazing planet, God-Goddess/Source, the incredible experience of being a thinking-feeling-intuiting-multidimensional being, the love in your heart and in others’, magic ineffable moments…
Take a moment to feel grateful for all that you love and all that brings you joy. Feel grateful to yourself as well, for all that you are, and for your beautiful heart.
Check out the 3 minute gratitude exercise below to open to gratitude in less obvious ways.
I’m personally hugely grateful to you all and all the love experienced, shared and held through this platform.
Thank you all so much!!
