This is the healthy kind of dessert that could easily pass as breakfast. It’s creamy, refreshing, and we even snuck in some superfoods ’cause that’s just how we like it 😉
With cacao nibs for the crunch and spirulina for a beautiful green color, this dessert is truly Nibs & Greens in a glass!
- 3 frozen bananas
- ¼ cup almond milk
- 1 tsp. spirulina powder
- ¼ tsp. peppermint extract
- 2 Tbsp. raw cacao nibs (available in health stores or via amazon)
- Blend everything except the nibs until creamy.
- Stir in the nibs.
- Eat Nibs and Greens everyday!
