One way to help yourself love yourself is to forgive yourself.
Grievances you hold against yourself might not always be obvious or conscious. They can be tucked away, or be for things forgotten from childhood, or aspects, traits and deeds denied or repressed, things done, thought or felt towards others OR yourself, and so on.
We’ll be bringing love to hidden parts, darker aspects and shadows, and to allow more love, truth, and wholeness. Forgiving yourself returns you to truth and love, and can also free guilt, shame, self-punishment, self-sabotage, feelings of undeserving and blocks to love.
